Hatebreed Is Now The First Hardcore Band In History To Scan Over 1 Million Cumulative Units In The United States Alone

(New York, NY) — Hardcore / metal heavyweights HATEBREED sold 15,500 copies in the United States in its first week at retail landing at position No. 37 on the Billboard Top 200 chart and No. 4 on the Billboard  Independent Chart. The album is the band’s 3rd consecutive official album release to debut on the Billboard Top 40.

With the release of its new self-titled album, HATEBREED becomes the first hardcore band in history to cross the soundscan threshold of 1 million cumulative units sold.

HATEBREED’s self titled album was released last week on E1 Music (formerly KOCH Records) in North America. Multiple configurations such as CD, digital download, vinyl and a special edition with a bonus 65-minute DVD
