What up everybody. Been getting pummeled with questions about the status of BIOHAZARD, a new CD, a DVD, tour, everything, so I wanted to take this opportunity to shed some light on what's going on with us. First off, it's been a very hard few weeks for everyone around here. On feb 1st, our great friend John Egan, bass player for legendary New Jersey hardcore band GUTWRENCH, passed away. He was only 33 years old. GUTWRENCH was in the studio with us finishing a new CD, the band had just gotten back together and were looking forward to hitting the road this year. Then on Feb 5th, our old friend Billy Kelly passed away. Billy was in several brookly-based bands, URANIUM 235 and SUPERMASSIVE among them. Most recently, he was working on the road w/ TYPE O NEGATIVE. They will be sorely missed. As far as BIOHAZARD goes, there will be a new CD/DVD this year. We're planning a very special release around September, followed by some touring.

Our NJ studio, UNDERGROUNDSOUNDSTUDIOS.COM is up and running full speed ahead. Billy and I are in there every day working on our new music and finishing our many projects with other bands. Check the website for more info.

Happy Holidays everyone. We have a small update for you. We're going to be playing 4 shows over the Christmas break in the North East so come down and bring some friends. We'll be doing these shows w/ Coretez (awesome new band with Marc & Roger from Ill Nino) and some killer local bands. Definitely check out the Brooklyn show. Wazzup! Danny from BIOHAZARD here, just wanna post a new update and let everyone know what's going on with us. Right now we're getting to work on the dvd, problem is, we have so much material it might have to stretch into SEVERAL dvd's! We've got stuff from when we first started in 1988 on up through today, hundreds of shows, interviews, personal tour videos, backstage footage, studio stuff, all the videos we've ever done, etc,etc,etc. That's about 15 years of footage to go through! Needless to say, we've got a lot of work ahead of us. Should be in stores early in 2004.
Also, we're getting to work on another BIOHAZARD cd for next year. We're gonna take our time on this one, it's gotta be the best ever! We're also talking about a live cd to coincide with the dvd release, who knows.....

Several of you have posted saying that you are not getting any response from the band when you e-mail us. All I can say is that we've all been very busy, keep writing us, now that we're getting back to work, we will be getting back to you soon, promise.
The KILL OR BE KILLED world tour was a lot of fun for us, we're still doing shows here and there, but mostly we're done touring for the year. We really wanna re-group and do a sick cd for all our people who care. I'm so sick of all the crap out there these days, time to do something innovative and different, take this shit to the next level! We'll give it a shot, anyways. Were BACK...
Just got home for touring the east coast with Hatebreed, Agnostic Front, Throwdown and
Full Blown Chaos....great fucking tour...good times....but way to short....the whole thing was over before we knew it...The first night in Orlando was a good change from spending the previous 20
hours around Europe then flying back to New York then off to Florida...good to fly, vans suck..
.but to get on tour in the states again was great. Orlando rocked...great first show...usually the
kick off shows of a tour suck since there is no routine set yet...Hatebreed's tech is one of our
boyz so all was good. Good to hear new Hatebreed...we ripped shit up in Orlando then we
were off to Ft. Lauderdale for another night of chaos! It's been a long time since we were
in Florida and we forgot how off the hook it can be down there....another great show...our boy
Marty Red runs that place down there so all was good..visits from old friends and family made it all good....the night ended with some typical anarchy then it was off to Tampa.

Jamie from hatebreed got the new headbanger's ball host gig so they dropped off the gig in tampa....biohazard, AF, throwdown (a great band from the west coast who i've been waitin to
see for a while now) and Full blown chaos. We jammed on stage with Full blown...Scott(Bio guitarist) jammed with AF....good night...but we had to split to Atlanta right after the show so we couldn't hang out...Atlanta was by far the best show of the tour...hatebreed dropped off at the
last minute...we all fucked shit up that night...great great fucking show...
Off to S. Carolina ....another House of Blues....great show...this club treats us like fucking royalty....funny thing how bands like us, hatebreed, AF....being treated all good and shit...never understood how bands like use belong in a place like that....all good but I feel more comfortable when the promotor gives us $5 each for a burger or slice then gives us a case of warm beer after
the show as the back door hits us in the ass on the way out..you know those clubs...where everything smells like piss and beer...no barracades and shit get's set off real quick!
Those are my clubs!!! anyhow....then we were off to one of those clubs...in N.Carolina...Winston-Salem....then it was Pennsylvania....where shit blew up....by far the best show we ever had in Pennsylvania...Allentown baby!!!! Last show was in New Jersey...sorry to say I hated it...bad vibe
there...something was not right there....we played there once along time ago
with Lords of Brooklyn....shit was weak even then....won't go back there...
that's it...we're home working on the new studio...writtin new shit...heading
back out in July....still pissed off about the fuck up for Japan....

We are very sorry to say that after a lot of time and hard work planning our Japan Tour for Kill or Be Killed, we had to cancel the tour due to travel problems out of our control. Club Citta and Biohazard both worked hard in planning an incredible time for our friends and fans in Japan. We regret this deeply and are working VERY hard to reschedule the shows AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Wednesday - May, 21st
What up everybody,
We just got back home after playing 24 shows straight, no days off, throughout Europe. Lots of hard traveling, but a great time nonetheless.........So we'll be home for a few days, then we fly to Japan for 3 shows, come back home to play with Hatebreed and Agnostic Front in NJ we will NOT be playing on the jailhouse rock tour June 6th and June 7th..., we fly back to Europe for 2 shows, June 7 Passau - Pfingst Open Air (Germany) ,then back to the states to continue the Jailhouse Rock 2 tour. Then it's back to Europe in July for a few big shows with Bohse Onkelz, then back to Europe again for 2 weeks in August. Hopefully we'll find a good US tour slot to get on, but as you know, it's real hard to tour the US in summer with all the expensive huge tours happening. Hopefully we'll be out in the US this september, then back in the studio to make another brutal cd. Busy, huh? We wouldn't have it any other way. We feel so grateful to you all for giving us the opportunity to play our music around the world. Over the years we've made many great friends everywhere, and it's always good to get out there and see them all. Anyways, we're pretty excited about being a part of the Jailhouse rock 2 tour w/ Hatebreed and Agnostic Front, I think it'll be the best show anyone's gonna see anywhere!!!

Yo...what's up? Here fucking shit up in Europe...just finished with an awesome show at the Garage in Munich, Germany. Italy was cool with the exception of being treated like fucking trash by the clubs....the Italian kids were awesome as usual...but I'm biased on that end. Switzerland, Holland, Belgium and Germany have all been cool.
Off to Austria tonight, then Hungry...havn't been there in a while....we were hoping to make it back to Poland but no offers to play there yet....hope to be back there sometime this year.
We've added a few more songs into the set....some blast from the past..some more new songs...the set is getting longer and longer each night....I've lost like 15 pounds already, we've been sweating like fucking pigs! It didn't help us 25 deep, walking fucking 5 miles last night to get something to eat only to find the restaurant that the promotors told us to go to....CLOSED...funny afterwards... what else....oh yeah...we're working on some dates over here in Europe...we got asked back for some festivals in July.... that's it for now...take it easy..

To our friends everywhere,
Recently, we've been bombarded with questions regarding Biohazard's stance on the war in Iraq. In regards to that, let us remind everyone that we have been traveling this planet playing our music and trying to identify with people in crisis everywhere, for the last 14 or so years. We've been to Croatia, Yugoslavia, Russia, Israel, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Taiwan, Japan, Germany, Canada, The UK,Ireland, Australia, New Zealand,
etc.etc.......as well as having traveled the USA extensively in cars, vans, and buses. We've learned through personal experience that people are the same everywhere, regardless of race, creed, color, or religious beliefs. We all feel the same hate, love, pleasure, and pain. We all want to be free to live our lives the way we see fit. We all have our good and bad times.

And we hope that we all have the best intentions for our fellow human beings in mind. With that being said, we feel deep sadness watching the governments of our planet manipulate us into hating each other. We should welcome our cultural differences, not hate each other for them. We should pray for a quick end to this horrible, confusing war. We should pray for an end to the killing. And we should pray for the safety of everyone fighting for freedom against oppressive governments everywhere. What's up everyone, the last 4 shows of the tour were fuckin awesome, especially Brooklyn, it was great to come back and play to such an awesome crowd. Thanx for all your support over the years. We have a bunch of news to report to you. We're sad to announce that our 1st 4 shows of the European tour are postponed due to logistics. It just wasn't going to work if we didn't fly into Germany so please look for us to do England in August. We excited to announce that we have 3 shows in Japan in the end of May and in June we will be hitting the road w/ Hatebreed & Agnostic Front on the Jailhouse Rock tour...Check the tour section for all the updated info... BIOHAZARD frontman Evan Seinfeld has slammed AUDIOSLAVE guitarist Tom Morello and SYSTEM OF A DOWN singer Serj Tankian over their continuous criticism of President Bush's foreign policy, saying that the outspoken duo should respect their country or "pack [their] shit and leave."

When asked by KNAC.com in a recent interview if he'd caught an MTV special on the war with Iraq featuring commentary from Morello and Tankian, Seinfeld said, "Tom Morello is probably the most politically confused guy I've ever heard speak. I think he's a nice guy, but him and Serj are doing some talk radio thing now and to me they're both fucking weak. They're both really confused. Look at SYSTEM OF A DOWN. Those guys are Armenian refugees. They came to America to escape religious and political persecution in their country and to save their lives. We saved their lives, America, and then he comes here and makes a career dissing America. I spoke to him personally about it, face to face: 'Don't diss America because the only reason you're alive is because America is here to save your ass.' In the same interview, Seinfeld refers to BIOHAZARD as "the pit bull on the ass of the music business" and goes on to single out BLABBERMOUTH.NET for "consistently misquot[ing]" him in the past, claiming that "those assholes at Blabbermouth.net . . .. are going to take two or three sentences out of this interview because they're jealous of my life. They have to run a web site while I can be a rock star, ride motorcycles everyday, and live the good life. That web site consistently misquotes me. Every interview I do, they pull things. They'll pull one of the things I said about RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE here, and they'll say it's like an attack. Fucking idiots. It's yellow journalism. It's cowardly. The Internet made everybody really tough because anybody can hide behind a screen name. BIOHAZARD, we don't say anything that we're not willing to back up. That's probably the foremost reason we have our fans. We wrote all our songs about what we experienced in our life, growing up in Brooklyn, growing up in the streets, going through our battles with dysfunctional families, with drug abuse, with violence, with being misunderstood.
